Boeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Quality Inspector to join our team in O Fallon, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

• •Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
• •Provides objective evidence of results
• •Segregates and controls non-conforming items. Perform preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance
• •Under limited supervision, inspects incoming parts/material, outgoing orders verify that certification is correct, checks parts for processing, checks special orders, daily use of micrometers, gauge controls, calipers, indicators, etc. Provides mentorship throughout the Inspection team.

• •Conducts dimensional inspections per design record and documented AQL levels; Conducts visual inspections for obvious defects.
• •Review and disposition all certification documentation to meet traceability requirements per AS9100 and Company Quality standards; communicate with vendor as needed. Disposition and control of on-conforming products.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• •2+ years’ related work experience using of calipers, ring/pin gages, comparator.
• •2+ years’ experience in QA inspection methods and procedures reading and interpreting drawings or blueprints

Experience working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)

This role requires passing a documented color and near vision exam

Export Control Requirements:

To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• •Previous aerospace inspection experience
• •Knowledge of AS9100 requirements
• •Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
