AUS Inds Internal Sales

We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service/ sales industry, to join our supportive team in Grafton.

What your day looks like?

• •Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• •Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• •Support the external sales team by preparing quotes, products, and assisting customer accounts.
• •Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment.

Who are you?

Demonstrated experience in the customer service and sales industry.

• •The ability to multitask and priority your workloads
• •Computer literacy at an intermediate level
• •Good communication and written skills
• •Team player to support other areas when required
• •Experience in industrial products such industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
