Stocker Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our growing service team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience while helping customers maintain and repair their vehicles.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Requirements
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage repair orders.
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and completion updates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process.
- Explain completed repairs and maintenance recommendations at vehicle pickup.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
- Assist with loaner vehicles, shuttle arrangements, and customer accommodations when needed.
