JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Banquet Captain, you’ll lead with purpose and precision. In this role, you will:

• •Oversee banquet operations, ensuring events are executed flawlessly.
• •Direct and support banquet staff, providing guidance and motivation.
• •Coordinate with clients and event planners to ensure all details are met.
• •Manage room setups, service, and breakdowns with efficiency and attention to detail.
• •Address and resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• •Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• •Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a leader with a passion for service and a talent for managing events. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• •Experience in banquet or event management, with supervisory experience preferred.
