- This role is responsible for coordinating IT changes across a complex technology environment while minimizing disruption to business operations.
- You will manage changes from initial assessment and approval through scheduling, implementation, and post-implementation review.
- The position works closely with Service Desk, infrastructure, application, network, security, and other technology teams.
- You will help ensure changes are properly risk-assessed, documented, approved, and executed according to established standards.
- The role also provides visibility into change performance through reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Success requires strong coordination, sound risk judgment, attention to detail, and confident stakeholder communication.
