BDC Sales Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BDC Sales Lead based in the United States.

• This senior leadership role oversees performance and execution across a remote automotive Sales BDC division.
• You will lead Sales Team Coordinators, strengthen coaching consistency, and help frontline teams achieve production and show goals.
• The role combines people leadership, operational oversight, CRM accountability, and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
• You will monitor key indicators such as appointment setting, dealership show rates, speed-to-lead, call quality, and task compliance.
• You will also support escalations, process improvements, campaign strategies, and day-to-day production when needed.
• Success requires an experienced automotive BDC leader who can translate performance data into effective coaching and operational action.
• This is an active, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys developing leaders while maintaining strong accountability across distributed teams.
