Behavioral Health Clinician

SEARHC is seeking several highly qualified Master’s prepared Behavioral Health Clinicians to be part of our Juneau Vintage Park interdisciplinary team providing culturally responsive individual, family and group therapy for those experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health disorders. Successful candidates have a solid foundation in trauma work and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that build trust and rapport. Behavioral Health Clinicians conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans based upon clients’ needs and goals to promote recovery. Clinicians participate in supervision, complete documentation timely, ensure records are maintained per accreditation standards, and uphold confidentiality. SEARHC is a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska. We see our employees as our strongest assets. Unlicensed Clinician - $83,000 annually

Licensed Clinician - $114,400 annually

LCSW - $124,800 annually
