Job Description:

Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, the incumbent is responsible for various guest services duties.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• •Greets both arriving and departing guests in a positive, upbeat manner.
• •Provides guests with general information such as directions, promotional information, valet information, etc.
• •Assists guest with luggage upon arrival and departure.
• •Promotes positive guest/employee relations.
• •Other assignments as directed
