We are seeking motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our team as a Bilingual Collections Agent. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.

What You'll Do:

• •Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing
• •Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding debts
• •Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers
• •Update customer account information and payment statuses accurately
• •Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• •Provide customers with information about products and services
• •Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• •Meet daily and monthly collection targets set by management
• •Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal debt collection requirements
