Performs secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties under the direction of the Preprocedure and Phase 2 Special Services Supervisor. Accurately schedules procedures and appointments for all perioperative locations. Accurately enters charges and posts charts for all perioperative locations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensure: None.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' secretarial experience. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Certification/Registration:
- Other skills & knowledge (skills, knowledge, abilities): Good organizational skills. Good customer service skills.
