BIM Engineer - Mechanical (HVAC)

Your role

• •Create and manage HVAC BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• •Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• •Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• •Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• •Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• •Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit and BIM tools (e.g., Diroots, Pyrevit).
• •Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• •Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• •Understands and applies industry, client, and internal CAD/BIM standards.
• •Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs.
• •Able to use engineering calculations to create accurate drawings and 3D models.
• •Knowledge of building design in multi-discipline, project-driven environments.
• •Actively pursues self-development.
• •Capable of checking and validating design work.
• •Confident in presenting technical work.
• •Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.
• •Flexible with tasks and work locations.
• •Delivers assigned tasks on time and within budget.

Qualification

• •BIM HVAC Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.
• •Deliver high-quality HVAC BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.
• •Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 7 years of experience
