Description
About The Salty
The Salty Donut started in Miami as a family-owned, chef-driven donut shop making small-batch craft donuts that rotate with the seasons. Today we're a growing brand with shops across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas and Colorado, and we've never lost sight of what got us here: great donuts, great coffee, good vibes, and showing up for the neighborhoods we're part of. We love working with neighboring businesses, and every new shop, collab and pop-up is a chance to show a new community who we are.
The Role
We're looking for a Brand Activations & Partnerships Manager to own how The Salty shows up in the real world. You'll plan and execute our brand activations, partnerships, events, pop-ups, shop openings and local market initiatives, taking each project from the first spark of an idea all the way through the recap.
This role is built for someone who has been doing the hands-on work of experiential and activation projects and is ready to step up into a Manager seat with real ownership. If you're currently a Senior Coordinator, Specialist or Account Executive who's been quietly running the show, this is your next move.
What You'll Own
Brand activations & events
Concept, plan and execute brand activations, events and pop-ups that feel unmistakably Salty
Manage production end to end: run-of-show, logistics, staffing, build-out, permits and day-of details
Be on-site to lead execution, solve problems in real time and make sure every guest touchpoint lands
Partnerships & collaborations
Identify, pitch and manage brand partnerships and collabs that grow awareness and connect us with new audiences
Lead partner outreach, negotiate terms and deliverables, and manage relationships from kickoff through wrap
Build and maintain a pipeline of local businesses, lifestyle brands, venues and community organizations to work with
Shop openings & local market initiatives
Plan and execute grand openings and pre-opening buzz for new shops
Develop local market initiatives that help each shop become part of its neighborhood
Partner with Operations, Marketing and shop leaders to make openings and local programs run smoothly [travel to new markets as needed — confirm]
Project management, budgets & vendors
Build and manage project budgets, timelines and production schedules across multiple projects at once
Source, negotiate with and manage vendors (fabricators, rentals, printers, photographers, talent, etc.)
Keep internal stakeholders aligned and informed from concept through execution
Results & recaps
Define goals and success metrics for each activation and partnership up front
Deliver post-event recaps covering results, spend vs. budget, content and learnings
Use what we learn to make every next project better
Requirements
What You Bring
2–4 years of hands-on experiential, activation, events or partnerships experience
Background at an experiential agency, hospitality group, lifestyle brand, hotel or restaurant group
Strong project management skills: you can juggle multiple projects, budgets and deadlines without dropping details
Really good brand instincts: you know what feels on-brand (and what doesn't) and can translate a brand's personality into real-world experiences
Experience managing vendors, budgets and production timelines
Confident communicator who's comfortable pitching partners and managing relationships
Calm, resourceful and solutions-oriented on-site, especially when things don't go to plan
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends around events and openings
Bonus points if you have:
Experience launching new locations or entering new markets
An existing network in the Miami creative, hospitality or lifestyle scene
Bilingual English/Spanish
Why You'll Love It Here
A Manager role with real ownership of your projects from concept to recap
The chance to shape how a fast-growing, much-loved brand shows up in new communities
A creative, collaborative team that cares about craft, hospitality and good vibes
A delicious brand.
