Breakfast Attendant

Job Description:

The Breakfast Attendant at is responsible for providing a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for guests. This role involves setting up and maintaining the breakfast area, preparing and replenishing food items, and ensuring guest satisfaction through friendly and attentive service.

Job Responsibilities

• * Set up and arrange the breakfast buffet including hot and cold food items, beverages, and serving utensils.
• * Prepare and cook simple breakfast items such as eggs, waffles, and oatmeal, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• * Monitor food levels and replenish items promptly to ensure a continuous and fresh supply for guests.
• * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, serving stations, and floors.
• * Greet guests warmly and offer assistance with any breakfast-related needs or questions.
• * Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• * Operate and clean breakfast equipment such as coffee machines, toasters, and waffle makers.
• * Stock and maintain inventory of breakfast supplies, communicating needs to management.
• * Assist with other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Job Qualifications

• * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• * Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• * Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
