Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst based in the United States.

• The Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting cross-functional teams delivering complex federal IT modernization initiatives.
• You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating mission needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• The role combines business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery within structured and regulated environments.
• You will help teams understand priorities, define successful outcomes, and ensure solutions remain aligned with user needs and organizational objectives.
• From requirements workshops and backlog refinement to UAT and solution validation, your work will influence the full software development lifecycle.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, QA specialists, UX teams, and stakeholders to drive effective delivery.
