Business Analyst

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Internet Banking and Digital Banking applications. Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and requirement traceability matrices. Work closely with Business, Product Owners, Development, and QA teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Define and review acceptance criteria and support sprint planning activities. Collaborate with automation teams to identify and validate automation opportunities using Playwright TypeScript. Participate in test scenario reviews, automation flow validations, and end-to-end business process verification. Support SIT, UAT, and production validation activities. Perform requirement impact analysis for enhancements and change requests. Coordinate defect triage discussions and facilitate issue resolution among stakeholders. Ensure end-to-end coverage of business requirements across functional, automation, and integration testing cycles. Strong experience in Playwright with TypeScript. Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Experience with test automation frameworks and version control systems (Git). Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Database Testing: Ability to write and validate SQL queries, verify data integrity, and perform backend validations. API Testing: Experience with REST APIs, API validation, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and API automation. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
