Business Analyst — (Talent & Performance Management)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Human Capital Management (HCM) projects, preferably with exposure to Talent and Performance Management . The role involves requirements gathering, documentation, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, prototyping, testing, and coordination across the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.

Create and maintain Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria .

Perform business analysis, gap analysis, and business process modeling .

Develop prototypes and support solution definition.

Ensure requirements are clearly understood by development and QA teams.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coordinate system and integration testing and support defect resolution.

Implement quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items .

Provide regular project status updates and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate with business, technology, product, development, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle .

Support continuous improvement and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope .

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of Business Analysis experience .

Experience working on Human Capital Management (HCM) projects.

Exposure to Talent Management and Performance Management modules is preferred.

Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, and gap analysis .

Experience with business process modeling and prototyping .

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile ceremonies.

Experience in system/integration testing and quality assurance .

Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .

Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables .

Proven ability to coordinate projects from initiation through closure .
