Business Development Manager - B2B

One of our client is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take ownership of the complete sales cycle - from identifying new opportunities and building relationships to closing deals and driving repeat business

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client discussions, negotiations and closing.

Identify and generate new business opportunities, while building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Conduct outreach, understand client requirements, and lead client discussions and presentations.

Convert qualified leads into paying customers and build strong, long-term client relationships.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

What We’re Looking For:

4–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, with strong experience managing the complete sales cycle.

Proven ability to generate new business, build pipelines and close deals independently.

Strong experience in client servicing / client management, relationship building and networking.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in client conversations and presentations.

Target-driven professional who is comfortable with cold outreach, lead generation and a performance-focused environment.
