 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Excellence Manager located in North Campus.

Reporting to the VP, Operations the Business Excellence Manager’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.

Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.

In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.

Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.

Drive and yokoten the identified Best practices based on the accord timelines.

Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.

Conduct Industrial Engineering, lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean Continuous Improvement culture through out the organization by co-guiding and co-facilitating Lean Deployment.

Perform assessment of CIMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps.

Diligentlly participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects.

For assigned special project/segment/customer priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean

Transformation. Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities.

Incentivate a participation and tranning of Flex Employees, Suppliers and Customers.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred

Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses

Ability to think strategically, define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site.

Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies.

Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site.

May have P&L responsibility for the function.

Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
