About the Role

Corpay is seeking a Business Integration Director to join our Architecture team in London. This role will help lead a major technology transformation focused on establishing a governed Enterprise Data Foundation and progressively modernising the GFN technology estate.

You will ensure that our data foundation and modernisation workstreams operate as one coordinated technology-change agenda. Acting as the bridge between target architecture and delivery, you will align roadmaps, dependencies, architecture decisions, governance, risk, transition planning, and operational readiness across a complex portfolio of initiatives.

This is an influential, enterprise-level role for a technology leader who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to large-scale modernization programs while ensuring the existing core platforms remain operational.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading integration across technology workstreams within the GFN Modernisation and Data Foundations architectural portfolio.
  • Connecting the Enterprise Data Foundation with the GFN modernisation roadmap, ensuring both tracks progress as a coordinated transformation agenda.
  • Translating target architecture into integrated technology roadmaps, transition states, delivery plans, and clear cross-workstream dependencies.
  • Driving alignment across data migration, legacy-platform replacement, integration, acquired-platform consolidation, and business-logic modernisation initiatives.
  • Overseeing the progressive extraction of business logic from GFN stored procedures into tested, reusable, service-based capabilities.
  • Coordinating the integration of multiple GFN instances and acquired platforms through canonical data models, governed interfaces, APIs, and data contracts.
  • Supporting delivery of Enterprise Data Foundation capabilities, including change-data capture, data ingestion, storage, governance, master data management, semantic and serving layers, APIs, and governed access.
  • Aligning architecture and technology delivery across initiatives including VFM, Pulse, AI, reporting, fleet management, customer modernization, and agreement modernization.
  • Managing and escalating technology dependencies, architecture decisions, design exceptions, risks, and change controls.
  • Providing input into modernization governance, IT performance reporting, financial forecasting, benefits tracking, risk management, stage-gate decisions, and executive updates.
  • Ensuring technology readiness for cutover, operational acceptance, transition into run, and long-term support.
  • Providing matrix leadership to architecture integration, data, and technology delivery leads across the portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience leading complex enterprise technology transformation, architecture integration, or modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture, including data ingestion, governance, canonical data models, master data management, APIs, data contracts, semantic layers, and governed data access.
  • Experience modernizing legacy technology environments while maintaining business continuity and operational stability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage integrated technology roadmaps across multiple teams, platforms, and dependencies.
  • Experience working across data migration, platform integration, legacy replacement, and service-based modernization initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture governance, technology risk management, design controls, transition planning, and operational readiness.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide clear, practical direction in a complex matrix environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate architecture strategy into actionable technology plans and decisions.
  • A collaborative leadership style with the ability to coordinate technical, data, architecture, and delivery teams.
