Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and develop technology-enabled solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirement specifications.
  • Lead process redesign, workflow optimization, and automation initiatives.
  • Develop implementation plans, testing strategies, deployment plans, and user training materials.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, automation, and AI technologies.

ServiceNow Platform Administration & Support

  • Provide North America support for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Manage modification requests, change management activities, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Administer ServiceNow workspaces, including:
  • PDF Templates
  • Email Templates
  • Task and Action Creation
  • Workflow Support
  • Collaborate with Global ServiceNow Insights and Development teams on enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Support integration of ServiceNow data with SAP, Datamart, SQL Server, and reporting solutions

Power Platform Development

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy:
  • Power Apps
  • Power Automate Flows
  • AI-driven process automation solutions
  • Business workflow applications
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications including
  • Delivery Performance / Damaged Missing App
  • OEM Bundle Issue Trackers
  • MIV Day One
  • MIV Project Communication
  • ISE/CSE Metrics
  • TPS Applications
  • DCS Applications

CSC Application Support

  • Support CSC business applications by:
  • Developing requirement specifications
  • Coordinating testing and deployment activities
  • Managing application enhancements
  • Supporting P58 vs P40 business impacts across CSC applications
  • Providing reporting and analytics solutions
  • Supporting Sales and ServiceNow data-related initiatives
  • SharePoint Administration & Collaboration Solutions
  • Design and maintain SharePoint sites and portals.
  • Support CSC and OM portals.
  • Design pages using modern web parts and user experience best practices.

Manage:

  • Document libraries
  • Navigation structures
  • Security and permissions
  • Site architecture

Data Management & Analytics

  • Administer SQL Server databases and data structures.
  • Create and maintain databases, tables, mappings, and data integrations.

Support ERP-related data feeds including:

  • SAP
  • ServiceNow
  • Datamart
  • SQL Server
  • Develop ad hoc reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Support data visualization and KPI reporting through Power BI, Qlik, and other analytics platforms.

Compliance & IT Governance

Ensure solutions align with enterprise IT governance standards.

Support:

  • CMDB processes
  • ITCCS application registration
  • Data Privacy Assessments
  • Application compliance reviews
  • FDA Part 11 requirements (where applicable)
  • Maintain familiarity with the Siemens Healthineers IT landscape and architecture standards.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process automation, application support, or business technology solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications and workflows.
  • Experience leading testing, implementation, and user adoption activities.

The base pay range for this position is:

$117,770 - $161,931

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
