Business Process Lead, Finance & Corporate Services

• This role owns the end-to-end design and continuous improvement of financial and corporate services business capabilities across a broad, multi-functional environment.
• You will work across financial close and reporting, procurement, tax, supply chain, hardware fulfillment, HR operations, and sales compensation.
• The position serves as a key connection point between Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable system solutions.
• You will personally facilitate workshops, map current and future-state processes, define requirements, and remain engaged throughout delivery and adoption.
• Working across both existing production systems and next-generation platform initiatives, you will help establish consistent standards and governance for a newly created function.
• The role requires strong business process design, prioritization, documentation, and stakeholder management skills rather than deep specialization in every functional domain.
• As an individual contributor, you will have significant influence through structured collaboration, clear process design, and measurable improvements to business operations.
