Roles and Responsibilities:

● Ensure smooth end-to-end campus operations across multiple functions

● Manage day-to-day operational workflows with a strong process orientation

● Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders

● Address and resolve stakeholder issues in a timely manner

● Maintain and manage accurate data records using Excel and ERP systems

● Support planning and execution of operational processes and improvements

An ideal candidate should have: (Skills)

● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

● Strong problem-solving abilities with a process-oriented mindset

● Effective communication and interpersonal coordination skills

● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve issues swiftly

● Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools for data management

The Successful Applicant:

● Holds 2–4 years of experience in operations, client servicing, or hospitality roles

● Brings a service-first mindset with a high sense of accountability

● Demonstrates strong organizational and time-management skills

● Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment
