Capacity Forecasting Analyst

Salary:

£33,000.00 - £40,000.00 Per year ‌

We are looking for Capacity Forecasting Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke.

This is a full time fixed term role for 12 months, where you'll be able to work from home and in the office.

The role

You'll use your data analysis skills to support our Customer Service Management Centre and Property Services teams with capacity planning across all channels. Your role will be key to ensuring that we are able to deal with demand and meet our customer experience targets.

You'll help develop effective forecasting and planning models and tools that enable us to plan accurately and continuously improve our performance.

As well as providing analysis to guide operational decisions you will be sharing insights and collaborating with our stakeholders.

What you'll need:

• •Experience working in resource planning or a knowledge of the fundamentals
• •Excellent Analytical, planning and organisational skills
• •An expert knowledge of Excel and the ability to use capacity models
• •The confidence to connect and engage with your stakeholders
• •To be ready to get stuck in and help there team where needed
