As a Business Planning Analyst II at ICON, you will contribute to our financial management function, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes across our clinical programmes.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering business planning and analysis work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• •Conducting comprehensive financial insights to support strategic resolution.
• •Developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and profitability.
• •Providing insights and recommendations based on financial data and market trends.
• •Collaborating within the team to develop long-term strategic initiatives.
• •Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant business planning and analysis experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

• •Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• •3+ years of experience in financial and business planning, or a related field.
• •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• •Strong problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• •Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
