JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Specialist supports casino marketing and business development initiatives by building, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, partnership programs, events, and promotional initiatives across Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other marketing channels. This role is responsible for campaign setup, audience and list requirements, CRM campaign builds, creative coordination, approvals, partner communications, booking process support, event planning and onboard execution, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The Marketing Specialist works closely with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and shipboard teams to ensure campaigns and programs are effectively planned, executed, and measured while providing a seamless experience for partners, agents, and guests.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and execute partner marketing campaigns in Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup, audience/list coordination, segmentation, creative routing, approvals, launch timing, and follow-up tracking.
  • Support the execution of partnership campaigns by managing the systems, processes, and documentation needed to create an executable booking process for agents, partners, and guests, while helping ensure onboard deliverables are fulfilled.
  • Implement and maintain partnership processes, procedures, calendars, and requirements related to campaign, promotion, and program execution.
  • Coordinate partner campaign communications, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud email deployment details, offer messaging, campaign timelines, partner requirements, and internal status updates.
  • Assist with casino marketing campaigns and initiatives, including coordinating creative assets, campaign timelines, approvals, and marketing communications.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including pre-event coordination, vendor communication, marketing materials, travel logistics, and onboard execution.
  • Ensure proper communication with the ships regarding partnership special events and groups onboard.
  • Organize and maintain guest and booking rules for partnership events and campaigns.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to create and/or update existing booking and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for partnership events
  • Maintain partner expense reports in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain good working relationships with Casino partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, Business or Hospitality

EXPERIENCE

2-5 years working in marketing, hospitality, casino operations, business operations, or campaign execution.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Acute attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaign timelines, partner requirements, and operational details in a fast-paced environment. Foundational marketing campaign execution experience, including email campaign coordination, audience/list management, creative routing, approvals, and reporting support. Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required or strongly preferred, including familiarity with campaign builds, segmentation, list management, email deployments, and reporting. Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, including formatting, data cleanup, basic formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables. Analytical skills to review campaign, booking, and financial reporting to identify trends and opportunities. Working knowledge of Freestyle Connect reservation system and/or a strong technology background preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Marketing, Business or Hospitality degree.
