AWS Marketing is seeking a motivated Email Marketing Specialist, Nurture to support email campaign execution for our demand generation and product-led growth portfolio. This role is responsible for executing global email marketing initiatives focused on accelerating pipeline progression through audience segmentation, lifecycle journey builds, and ongoing optimization support.

  • Key job responsibilities
  • Execute email campaigns for assigned nurture programs, including audience list pulls, journey builds, and A/B test setup
  • Build and deploy multi-touch nurture campaigns that drive prospect engagement and pipeline progression
  • Monitor and optimize nurture campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity based on established playbooks and manager guidance
  • Track and report on email campaign performance, including engagement metrics, funnel progression, and contribution to program goals
  • Prepare regular campaign performance summaries and surface optimization opportunities to peers and managers
  • Support decisions on nurture cadence, content sequencing, and suppression/targeting logic by gathering data and preparing recommendations
  • Develop technical and creative briefs for nurture campaigns in partnership with IDC core teams, marketing operations, and creative teams
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across core campaign teams, marketing operations, localization, and creative teams to keep campaigns on track
  • Follow team processes and contribute to documentation of email best practices
  • A day in the life
  • You'll start your mornings pulling campaign performance reports and flagging what's working and what needs attention. Midday often means building or QA-ing email journeys — setting up suppression rules, checking audience segments, or launching an A/B test. Afternoons might involve preparing a performance readout for your manager, coordinating with a creative team on an upcoming build, or updating campaign tracking documents. Some weeks are heavy on hands-on campaign execution; others involve more reporting and coordination. You'll learn quickly by doing — and you'll have experienced teammates and a supportive manager to help you grow.
  • About the team
  • We're a global email marketing team focused on helping cloud customers discover the right solutions at the right time. We design and optimize nurture programs that guide prospects through their decision-making journey — from early awareness to active evaluation. You'll work alongside experienced email strategists, marketing partners, and content creators who care deeply about the customer experience. We test constantly, share learnings openly, and invest in developing our team members. If you like getting hands-on with campaigns, learning from data, and seeing the direct impact of your work on how customers engage, you'll feel at home here.
