Job Description

• •Review, update, and maintain branch operating procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies.
• •Support branches by providing process guidance and clarification on daily operational matters.
• •Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in branch processes and recommend practical improvements.
• •Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, IT) to align branch processes with policy and system changes.
• •Support branch readiness when there are changes to procedures, systems, or regulatory requirements.
• •Help ensure strong internal controls and operational risk awareness in branch processes.
• •Support communication of process updates and ensure branches understand and apply changes correctly.

Requirements:

• •Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related fields
• •Experience in branch operations, process management, or operational support functions
• •Experience in reviewing or maintaining procedures is an advantage
• •Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
• •Clear communication and coordination skills
• •Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• •Attention to detail and control mindset
• •Teamwork and collaboration
• •Willingness to learn and continuously improve
