• As a Chatbot Developer – Conversational AI, you will design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade conversational experiences across multiple digital channels.
• You will help bridge established natural language understanding technologies with modern generative AI and autonomous agent frameworks.
• The role combines conversational design, backend development, enterprise integration, AI orchestration, and production deployment.
• You will work extensively across the Microsoft conversational technology ecosystem while contributing to the evolution of next-generation AI architectures.
• Your work will connect conversational interfaces with enterprise platforms and deliver seamless, contextual experiences at scale.
• You will collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders to transform complex requirements into intuitive and effective user journeys.
• This is a 9-month, fully remote contract opportunity for professionals authorized to work within the United States.
