Chemical Operator job description :

• •Induct, load, and unload piece parts.
• •Maintain and add prescribed chemistry as required.
• •Clean electrical contacts as required.
• •Perform chemical dumps.
• •Maintain tank levels and temperatures as required.
• •Record daily pressure readings for hoods and scrubber mesh pads per EPA directives.
• •Setup, use, and ensure proper calibration of precision measuring equipment, such as calipers and micrometers.
• •Read/interpret blueprints to ensure quality products.
• •Perform all maintenance on conveyor system: filter system, pumping system, hydraulic system, and tanks.
• •Maintain spare parts and tooling inventory.
• •Ensure proper makeup of tank chemistry.
• •Adjust recipes to salvage undersized materials.
• •Must have 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• •Must be able to read blueprints.

Additional information :

• •Starting pay rate: $20.90/hour + $1.00 night shift premium
• •Night Shift: M-TH, 8:00pm -6:00am
• •Successful candidates must be able to work overtime when required including weekends.

Summary Pay Range:

$20.90 - $27.10
