Client Service Representative

Job Overview

As a Client Services Representative you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

This client-facing role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both Hungarian and English . Experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an additional benefit and we welcome candidates with backgrounds in sales, analytics and client-facing roles.

This is a hybrid role, based in Budapest .

Responsibilities :

• •Serve as the primary point of contact for clients , managing their inquiries and requests.
• •Analyze client data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
• •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• •Prepare and deliver presentations, trainings and reports to clients , showcasing the value of our services.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• •2-5 years of experience in client services or a related role , building long term relationships with clients.
• •Proficiency in both Hungarian and English languages.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication, interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills .
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an asset.
• •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), with advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets .
• •Basic code reading and experience with Power Query are an advantage.
