As a Clinic Assistant at Hall Orthodontics , your goal is to provide superior care and support to our patients while collaborating hand-in-hand with our dentists, dental assistants, and leadership team to optimize patient treatment time. As one of the primary faces our patients meet, you will split time between clinical support—taking X-rays, 3D scans, and sterilization—and assisting with front office operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Records Support:

  • Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and digital 3D scans.
  • Assist in clinical areas, instrument sterilization, and maintaining clinical flow.
  • Ensure general housekeeping standards and maintain office/clinical supply inventory.

Front Office & Administrative Support:

  • Greet patients and deliver direct, exceptional customer service.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient account records.
  • Verify insurance eligibility and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of general office or dental/medical administrative experience desired; some dental experience preferred .
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; legible handwriting.

  • Organization: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Teamwork & Adaptability: Solution-oriented, open to constructive feedback, and skilled in conflict resolution.
