Supervisor - Behavioral Health (Remote in Spokane, WA)

Excelsior Wellness Center is looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our VIEW telehealth program.

As a Clinical Supervisor within the VIEW program, you play a crucial role in our mission to promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being in the community. You bring your lived experience, and a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face in their journey to wellness. Your role is to provide peer support, empathy, and encouragement to individuals who may be experiencing mental health or substance use issues. Your daily interactions with our clients significantly impact them by offering them hope, connection, and the knowledge that recovery is possible. Your role requires active listening, compassion, and the ability to foster a non-judgmental, supportive environment.

How to Qualify:

· A Master’s Degree in Counseling or related field.

· Licensed and certified through Washington State Department of Health as an LMHC, LICSW or LMFT required.

· WA state approved supervisor (or ability to meet requirements within 1.5 years of hire date)

· Strong communication and active listening skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with clinical and counseling professionals.

· Dedication to breaking down stigma surrounding mental health and substance use.

Core Responsibilities:

· Provide therapy and a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients.

· Provide high quality therapy, including evidence-based practices when possible.

· Complete intakes for clients accessing our services.

· Collaborate with the VIEW team to enhance client care.

· Offer consultation and clinical determinations as Clinical Supervisor within VIEW.

· Complete an hour of individual supervision with each supervisee.

· Participate in and/or facilitate team meetings.

· Attend applicable weekly case consultation meetings to provide clinical oversight as needed.

· Review client progress and provide ongoing therapy.

· Continuously develop your clinical skills through consultation and training.

· Assist in the development of recovery-focused initiatives and programs.

· Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of VIEW services.

· Maintain documentation of client interactions and progress.
