Job Responsibilities

Syneos Health recrute un Clinical Trial Coordinator en Finances pour travailler au sein d'un grand laboratoire pharmaceutique basé à la Défense.

Mission principale : Coordonner l’activité facturation de l’ensemble des centres participant à une étude clinique, en lien avec plusieurs parties prenantes (COS facturation vendors, ARCs, centres, CTC-F, 3RC):

• •Suivre la mise en place et l’avancée des propositions de factures à destination des centres, afin d’assurer une facturation régulière et fluide
• •Gérer les éventuels points de blocage durant les revues de propositions
• •Créer les fournisseurs centres dans l’outil APEX et valider leur création dans l’outil eGPS
• •Suivre les paiements faits aux centres et gérer toute problématique en lien avec les paiements dans Medius et SAP
• •Mise à jour en temps réel de l’outil powerBI permettant une visibilité continue sur l’état de la facturation dans un centre/une étude donné(e)
• •Effectuer les activités de reportings demandées par le client
• •Participer aux réunions finance avec les différentes parties prenantes
• •Assurer le suivi des provisions, selon les directives du client

Nous recherchons un profil avec expérience dans la Facturation / Comptabilité
