Club Millesime & Butler Assistant Manager

We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Club Millésime & Butler Assistant Manager to join our Rooms Division team and to support the Club Millésime & Butler Manager in managing the daily operations of Club Millésime and Butler Services, ensuring a consistently elevated and personalized Sofitel luxury experience for our guests.

What You Will Do

• •Support the smooth daily operation of Club Millésime and Butler Services.
• •Lead and coach the team to deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences.
• •Ensure VIP, suite, and Club Millésime guests receive attentive and discreet service.
• •Anticipate guest needs and ensure preferences are well communicated and followed up.
• •Handle guest requests, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
• •Conduct daily briefings and monitor service standards, grooming, and operational readiness.
• •Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• •Support manpower planning, training, and operational administration.
• •Ensure compliance with Sofitel standards, SOPs, hygiene, and safety requirements.
• •Champion Cousu Main Service and create meaningful moments for our guests.

• •Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office, Club Lounge, Butler Service, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality operations.
• •Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of luxury guest service and personalized service delivery.
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities.
• •Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• •Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
• •Experience using Opera Cloud or other Property Management Systems is an advantage.
• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• •Excellent spoken and written English. Additional languages are a plus.
• •Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
