FIRY Co-Op Program

Duration: 6-12 months, running from January 11, 2027 to August 20, 2027, with the opportunity to extend for a second term

Location: In-office role based in our Las Vegas office, requiring onsite presence 5 days a week, 40 hours a week (relocation support provided)

Eligibility: You must be an enrolled student at the start of the program and graduate no more than 1 year after the program begins

Strong performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity at the end of the program

Responsibilities

Support accurate and timely delivery of recurring People Operations, Talent Acquisition (TA), and Learning & Development ( L&D ) reports on a defined cadence.

Contribute to dashboard development and maintenance across People Operations, TA, and L&D functions, under senior guidance.

Assist with ad-hoc data requests, pulling and preparing data for the People Operations team.

Help document metric definitions, data sources, and reporting process steps.

Flag data quality issues and inconsistencies identified during reporting and analysis tasks.

Experience

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field at an accredited college or university.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (G-Suite); prior HRIS systems experience helpful but not required.

Minimum 3.3/4.0 GPA required.

Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to SQL, Tableau, or other analytics or BI tools preferred.

Genuine interest in People Operations, HR analytics, or workforce data.

Compensation: $31/hour (Master’s Students)
