Summary
You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR in the Code 900 Production Resources Department of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
Duties
- You will direct multi-trade project execution to meet schedule timelines while maintaining total accountability for safety, cost, quality, and technical performance.
- You will apply advanced industrial execution methodologies to regulate workflows, monitor capacity, and identify scheduling constraints, thereby eliminating deck plate bottlenecks and preventing trade overcrowding.
- You will provide clear performance expectations, identifies long-term training needs, and actively mentor's subordinate supervisors to support succession planning and operational readiness across all shifts.
