Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient EB + Non-EB Claims Specialist to manage and process insurance claims for non-employee benefits (Non-EB) policies. The role involves ensuring accurate documentation, timely claim settlements, and adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Evaluate, process, and settle Non-EB insurance claims efficiently.
• •Review claim submissions, validate supporting documents, and ensure compliance with policy terms.
• •Communicate with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve inquiries.
• •Conduct investigations for complex claims, liaising with assessors and legal teams when required.
• •Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines in claim settlements.
• •Prepare and submit claim reports, updates, and analysis to management.

Qualifications:

• •Education: Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• •Experience: Proven experience in handling Non-EB insurance claims.
• •Skills:
• •Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• •Proficiency in claims management software and data analysis tools is a plus.
