Role: Commercial Paint Sprayer

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: 37 hours per week | between 06:00 and 15:30 Monday to Thursday

Hourly Rate: Up to £19.10 p/hr DOE

We're looking for a Commercial Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join our Paint Shop team in Warwick. You'll play a key role in preparing and masking large commercial vehicles to a high standard, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with production schedules.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and masking vehicles ready for paint application

Carrying out paint shop duties to a high-quality standard

Supporting production targets while maintaining attention to detail

Promoting safe working practices and maintaining excellent housekeeping standards

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the production team

Adapting to different paint shop processes and supporting business needs across our Warwick facilities

What we're looking for:

Previous experience in a paint spraying, vehicle preparation, manufacturing or similar environment

Experience preparing surfaces prior to paint application

Good understanding of production processes and safe working practices

A proactive approach, strong teamwork skills and the ability to work independently when required

Commitment to quality, reliability and continuous improvement
