By layering, cross-verifying, and synthesising multiple data sources, Intentsify's Intelligence Activation Platform enables revenue teams to identify the right accounts, understand how to engage them, and act with precision.
Our mission is to transform how B2B organisations consume, interpret, and activate intent data - enabling exceptional full-funnel buying experiences and more effective go-to-market strategies.
Overview
We're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts in EMEA.
Working closely with Enterprise Account Executives, this role is responsible for researching target organisations, engaging the right marketing stakeholders, and booking and qualifying meetings that convert into commercial opportunities. You will play a key role in the top of the sales funnel, setting up the pipeline that Sales builds on.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, suited to someone who is resilient, curious, and motivated by consistent activity and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Own outbound prospecting across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts in EMEA.
Research organisational priorities and map relevant personas across demand generation, account-based marketing, digital, media, content, brand, field marketing and marketing operations.
Build multichannel sequences across email, telephone and LinkedIn, balancing consistent activity with account specific personalisation.
Book meetings with the right marketing stakeholders and manage confirmation and follow up so they take place.
Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account plans and opportunity follow up, while keeping Salesforce records current
How Success Is Measured
The bonus plan rewards both consistent meeting creation and the commercial value of the opportunities you generate.
Meetings Occurred: Meetings that take place with an appropriate contact at a target account
Qualified Opportunities: Meetings that meet the agreed qualification criteria and progress to a defined next step.
Closed revenue: Revenue from opportunities sourced or materially supported through your prospecting.
Indicative monthly targets are 10 meetings held and 4 qualified meetings. These are a current guide rather than a fixed commitment and may be adjusted over time.
Tools & Ways of Working
Core tools: Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and contact enrichment tools.
You will work within a sales pod alongside Enterprise Account Executives, sharing account plans and coordinating outreach and follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B prospecting, business development or another target driven commercial role. Enterprise technology, data, media, marketing technology or SaaS experience would be useful.
- The confidence to approach senior marketing professionals and the judgment to adapt a message for different roles and organisations.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to make a concise and credible case for a meeting.
- A disciplined approach to account research, sequence execution, follow up and CRM hygiene.
- Resilience, curiosity and a willingness to test, learn and improve through coaching and feedback.
