Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers a structured pathway to develop commercial, financial, and project delivery expertise within fast-paced datacentre and semiconductor environments.
The position provides hands-on exposure to both the commercial management of live projects and the development of competitive tender submissions, building a strong foundation in business-critical functions.
The Coordinator will support monthly client billing, financial tracking, and cost control across active projects, contributing to accurate and timely invoicing while developing strong analytical and forecasting capability. In parallel, the role will support tender activities, including scope reviews, commercial inputs, and pricing strategies in collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Responsibilities:
Take ownership of key elements of the monthly billing cycle across assigned datacentre and semiconductor projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with commercial agreements.
Work closely with Site Managers to review, reconcile, and validate weekly and monthly timesheets to support accurate invoicing.
Monitor Purchase Order (PO) values, spend profiles, and burn rates, identifying potential variances or risks early and escalating where required.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards covering billed values, PO utilisation, and forecasted cost-to-complete.
Support the preparation of forward-looking financial forecasts to aid operational planning and client decision-making.
Track and validate project-related costs, including travel and accommodation, ensuring full transparency and inclusion in monthly billing submissions.
Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure timely invoicing and resolution of billing queries.
Maintain accurate and structured financial records, including timesheets, cost trackers, and PO allocations, ensuring audit-ready data at all times.
Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, providing clear insights into project performance and cost position.
Analyse planned versus actual spend, highlighting discrepancies and supporting proactive resolution.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial tracking, reporting templates, and dashboards.
Play an active role in the preparation of tender submissions and commercial proposals for new and existing clients.
Support the review and interpretation of Scopes of Work, identifying key cost drivers, assumptions, and commercial risks.
Assist in developing pricing models and cost breakdowns in collaboration with Operations and Technical teams.
Prepare structured pricing workbooks and supporting documentation, ensuring consistency, quality, and competitiveness of submissions.
Manage documentation control and support the delivery of high-quality tender submissions to tight deadlines.
Act as a key coordinator across Site, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams, supporting alignment on billing inputs, PO status, and financial forecasts.
Build strong working relationships across functions, developing effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Support a proactive, solutions-driven approach to resolving commercial and financial queries.
Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy, financial tracking, and reporting efficiency.
Contribute to the development of standardised tools, templates, and best practices across projects.
Actively build capability in commercial management, financial analysis, and tendering, progressing towards full ownership of accounts over time.

Skills Required:
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with an interest in developing advanced Excel skills.

Education / Licenses / Certifications:
Relevant third-level qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Previous experience or exposure to commercial management, financial analysis, project coordination, tendering, or a related field would be advantageous.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
