$85,000-90,000 annually + quarterly bonus potential + commissions | Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Must have at least 3 years prior property management experience and at least one year Multi Site experience

Roundhouse is hiring a Community Manager at The Dovetail and the Jasper Apartments . You'll own the success of your property end to end, from financial performance and occupancy to team leadership and the daily experience of every resident. What you'll own

  • Run daily operations across leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
  • Build and execute leasing, marketing, and retention strategies that drive occupancy and revenue
  • Partner with your Regional Manager to set property goals and the plans to reach them
  • Own the numbers, including budgets, rent collection, delinquency, and all financial obligations
  • Prepare monthly and annual performance reports on financials and occupancy
  • Lead and develop your team, including maintenance on turns, work orders, inspections, and capital projects
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and hold service to a high standard
  • Walk the property regularly to keep maintenance, curb appeal, and safety standards sharp
  • Resolve resident concerns quickly, fairly, and professionally
  • Keep accurate records for leases, resident files, financials, and deposit accounting
  • Plan resident events and community engagement that make people feel at home
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Equal Employment, safety regulations, and company policy

What you bring

  • 3 years prior property management experience and at least one year Multi Site experience .
  • A real estate license, or the ability to obtain one within 120 days of hire if your state requires it
  • Proven supervisory and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of property management laws and regulations
  • A real customer-service mindset and strong communication skills
  • A desire to lead, on your team and in your community

A leg up if you have

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, YieldStar, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar property management software

Pay and benefits

  • $85,000-90,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
