• THE JOB:
• The Deployment Engineer will be responsible for generating new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes.

THE STARTING RATE: $24.00 hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirements.

Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutions.

Document project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deployments.

Manage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibility.

Coordinate with outside vendors for project implementation.

Work with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product delivery.

Develop software automation scripts, and documentation for deployments.

Ability to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementation.

Work on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devices.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Have 6+ Months of prior relevant experience in Information Technology in a similar role

Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

Has an Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - Preferred

Experience working in a similar resort setting - Preferred

Cross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues - Preferred

Knowledge of system and integration level testing - Preferred

Strong quality assurance background - Preferred

Basic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A+ Certified - Preferred

MCP or higher - Preferred
