Votre mandat

Relevant de la Directrice des Émissions Jeunesse, et à titre de Chef(fe) de contenu, vous aurez la responsabilité de gérer un portfolio de séries. Soit :

  • Suivre en développement et en production les séries retenues en encadrant, collaborant et communiquant avec les créateurs, les producteurs indépendants et leurs équipes ainsi qu’avec les secteurs concernés de Radio-Canada;
  • Représenter le département des émissions Jeunesse de Radio-Canada à diverses fonctions et dans vos communications professionnelles;
  • Maintenir de bonnes relations professionnelles avec les producteurs, distributeurs, collaborateurs, artisans et les équipes de production;
  • Collaborer et travailler en équipe.

Il s’agit d’un poste contractuel d'un an (1) an à temps plein.

Ce poste est une combinaison de télétravail et de présence au bureau. Les modalités de travail seront discutées avec les gestionnaires d'embauche selon les lignes directrices déterminées par le secteur.

Profil recherché :

  • Baccalauréat complété dans un domaine connexe ou diplôme universitaire complété avec expérience de travail équivalente;
  • Un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'expérience télévisuelle incluant développement et suivi de séries Jeunesse;
  • Excellente connaissance des cibles Jeunesse et de leurs particularités;
  • Connaissance de la production télévisuelle québécoise et celle d’autres marchés pertinents;
  • Être en mesure de suivre une ligne éditoriale tout au long des différentes étapes des projets;
  • Capacité d’analyse des différents éléments et aspects du contenu, scénarios, montages, autant en prises de vues réelles qu’en animation;
  • Capacité à établir facilement des relations interpersonnelles;
  • Autonomie démontrée et capacité à travailler sous pression sur plusieurs dossiers, selon un échéancier serré;
  • Connaissance approfondie de la culture, des programmes et des orientations de la Société Radio-Canada;
  • Excellent français écrit;
  • Être en mesure de comprendre et communiquer aisément en anglais (bilingue).
