As a Contract Manager, you will focus on managing and optimizing the operational aspects of a legal team within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your role will involve streamlining processes, implementing technology solutions, and developing strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee vendor relationships, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve overall legal department performance.

As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

What You Must Have

• - At least a graduate or post graduate degree
• - At least 8 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
