Overview:

Mosai’s Contract Recruiter 1099 role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process including recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill select technical and non-technical roles at Mosai.

Description of Services:

Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates

Identify, recruit, and engage candidates to fill positions at Mosai

Review and assess candidates’ education, experience, training and other qualifications

Screen candidates and schedule interviews

Provide regular updates and reporting on candidate pipeline, progress, and roadblocks

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university

3-5 years of recruiting experience

Strong relationship building skills

Excellent and polished interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Proven ability to manage time and priorities in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment.
