Corporate Counsel - Commercial

• This is a fully remote legal role supporting a growing healthcare and medical technology business across a broad range of commercial activities.
• You will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to Commercial, Market Access, Payer Relations, and Sales teams.
• The role combines sophisticated contract work with healthcare regulatory counseling and strategic business partnership.
• You will negotiate customer, payer, service, technology integration, consignment, and other commercial agreements.
• Success requires strong legal judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• You will collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access, and other cross-functional teams.
