We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Athens as an Associate.

• •Be part of the Legal team, focused mainly on corporate law as well as in other commercial law issues;
• •Legal support and advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law;
• •Drafting and/or reviewing commercial contracts, business-related documents and other legal documentation;
• •Manage client engagements including preparing concise and accurate proposals, documents and reports;
• •Liaising with the Greek corporate and other supervising authorities and organizations.

What you bring matters

• •1 – 2 years of working experience at a law firm, consulting firm or in a large in-house law department with focus on corporate and commercial law;
• •Bachelor's degree in Law from a Greek (preferably) or a foreign university;
• •A postgraduate degree in any of the above legal fields will be highly regarded;
• •Experience in corporate restructurings and transformations should be considered as an asset;
• •Active license to practice law in Greece;
• •Excellent command of the Greek and English language with strong written and verbal skills;
• •Collaborative and consultative team player, with confident and positive attitude, who possesses an ability to work well both independently and in a team environment;
• •Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships;
• •Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment;
• •Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
