We’re seeking a seasoned Crew Leader / Senior Climber who combines expert-level climbing and arboricultural skills with strong leadership and accountability. The ideal candidate is experienced in all phases of tree care , including removals, pruning, rigging, and comprehensive safety protocols. They thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and lead by example—ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
