We are seeking a CRNA to join a dynamic anesthesiology group, within a medically supervised practice that promotes CRNA autonomy;

Level II trauma center;

Opportunity for in-house locums;

Essential Functions

• •Practices current principles and practices of anesthesiology.
• •Maintains effective work relationship with anesthesiologist (supervisor).
• •Communicates and cooperates to adequately staff the anesthesia department.
• •Provides sound practices and safe therapeutic care.
• •Promotes safe working conditions for patient and self.
• •Demonstrates initiative for self development.
• •Accepts responsibility of tasks not delineated in job description.

• Required Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
• •Ability to maintain quality control standards.
• •Skill in taking medical history to assess medical conditions and interpret findings.

Requirements

• •Certificate as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesia.
• •Current Missouri Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license
• •Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. If a compact license is held, it must be in the nurse’s state of residence.
• •Basic Life Support (BLS) within 120 days
• •Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 180 days
• •Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 120 days.

Positions Available:

Day Shift

• •Opportunity to practice a wide variety of anesthetics and procedures including spinal, regional techniques, arterial lines, and central lines;
• •Cases include general, ortho, ENT, GU, OB/GYN, podiatry, robotics, GI and healthy PEDs;
• •Appealing day shift schedule - can be very flexible with how you would like to arrange a schedule

Competitive Salary

$80,000 Sign-on bonus/education stipend
