APM Terminals

Key Responsibilities

• •Plan and manage end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution
• •Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and transportation providers
• •Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• •Develop demand forecasts and production plans in coordination with sales and operations teams
• •Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing and favorable terms
• •Track shipments, delivery schedules, and resolve supply chain disruptions
• •Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement process improvements
• •Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• •Prepare reports on inventory, procurement costs, lead times, and service levels
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams

Required Skills & Competencies

• •Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics
• •Knowledge of inventory management and demand planning
• •Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
